Kublai

Responsible for all the artworks both inside and outside the hotel is the manager's son and prolific artist, Kublai Ponce Millan. Kublai was born on July 8, 1974 in Cotabato City. He finished schooling at the University of the Philippines with a degree of Fine Arts after which he dedicated his life back to Mindanao, painting and sculpting the culture from where he grew up, as a human being and as a soul.

Our General Manager - Min Ponce

Davao Hotels, Ponce Suites Gallery Hotel, Min PonceMin Ponce is the President-General Manager of Ponce-Millan Realty, Inc. under which Ponce Suites Gallery Hotel operates.

The proud mother of Kublai Millan (the Artist), Min earned a Ph.D. in Educational Administration units, graduated with a Master in Business Administration and degrees in Commerce and Nursing.

Also to her credit, she has professional experiences as Chief Congress Coordinator of the Mindanao Exports Congress, Project Secretariat Head of the First East ASEAN Business Convention and was General Manager of Millan Travel and Tours and MLPM Service Contractor.

She was also Senior Program Officer of the Philippine Business for Social Progress, Mindanao Regional Office where she was responsible for the design and implementation of regoinal corporate social development projects. Her tasks included the maintenance and enhancement of corporate involvement.

As Senior Trade and Industry Development Specialist of the Depart of Trade and Industry, Region XI, Min acted as the International Coffee Organization Certifying Agency Signing Officer for Region XI, and acted as the One-Stop Export Documentation Center Coordinator.
